What we do!

Viking Sub Aqua Club opened it's doors almost 50 years ago and started life as a scuba diving club. Now, the club includes scuba diving, snorkelling, fin swimming, free diving and a fantastic social calendar.

Club training takes place every Wednesday evening in Coolmine swimming pool from 21:00 to 22:00, with scheduled lectures usually taking place beforehand. 

Training is offered through Diving Ireland with courses being held throughout the year, giving divers the ability to continually improve and develop their training and qualifications.

The club owns their own boat, a portable compressor and a top class air and nitrox compressor which is based in our dedicated compressor room at Coolmine.

We meet for regular dives, snorkels and sea swims around Dublin, as well as away trips in Ireland and abroad.
